Fuelled by a passion for health & wellness and a focus on future prosperity, Andrea and her family embarked on a journey. Since 2006 Usana has given the Savard family security and leverage for their financial future, while allowing them to build FirePower Training Inc., the largest CrossFit gym in Canada. Shelly Matsos is extremely excited to be a part of this energetic and inspiring team. Being raised by a family of entrepreneurs, Shelly had no other choice but to learn the ropes at an early age. Upon finishing her degree at the University of Western Ontario, Shelly continued her education at the International Academy of Design in Fashion Marketing and Merchandising. Sexy Monkey Inc. was then born and she began her first company and experience in entrepreneurship. Shelly had always wanted to be a doctor growing up, but had changed her mind to the fashion world when she realize how difficult it would be to manage a successful career as a doctor, along with a successful career as a mom. She never quite felt fulfilled with her desire to always want to help people when she was designing her line of crystal embellished clothing. Having stumbled upon the opportunity start another business with Usana, she simply couldn’t resist. Usana was Shelly’s answer to fulfilling all her desires and dreams. She is now working with many eager entrepeneurs, and is able to help people everyday. Usana has provided her with the opportunity to help as many people as she can, with finance, health, personal development and wellbeing. She is currently conceptualizing her next “fashion project” in her mind and on her vision board. She is so excited to grow her Usana business to give her the freedom to jump back into her next venture with confidence, freedom, and a whole new approach to business.
Christian Dion started working his international Usana business over 5 years ago, while he was still working in Corporate Canada. His career led him to move up the ladder as Sales & Marketing manager for some leading Fortune 500 companies (such as P&G, Pepsi, Yahoo, Whirlpool). After many years having great successes in his career, he realized that despite a great income, he was missing what he now consider the most important asset: Time freedom. When he came across Usana, after his sister introduced him to Network Marketing, he immediately put up his guards and wasn’t really open to the idea. But after taking a second look at the Industry and Usana Health Sciences as a publicly traded company, he realized that what he had just found was the key to what he wanted. He recently “fired his boss” and pursue his passion everyday from his Home office International Head Quarters where he’s currently building his Usana business to new levels, while expanding his Internet Marketing consulting business. Christian is passionate about the power of leverage and residual income found in a Usana Business. He’s now on a mission to make a difference in the life of other Corporate employees and show them the path that he’s taken.
Sara Martel is excited to play a role on the Advisory Board for Team Firepower, one of the fastest growing teams of entrepreneurs in Canada. Sara’s drive to create successful leaders in the world of entrepreneurship and her passion to help develop the limitless potential in all those who choose a life of true abundance has led her to Usana Health Sciences. Sara launched her entrepreneurial career after 15 years of corporate work in television where she realized she wanted more control of her life. She co-founded a Corporate Event Planning firm in 2003 and built a successful company in just less than five years. But it became clear to Sara that although she owned her own business, the business owned her. Countless hours away from family and friends and little financial profit became a reality. Her clear vision of true wealth and true health was born. Sara’s goal is to help others create both financial freedom and time freedom, while helping them obtain optimal health, and ultimately live the life they are meant to live. Sara Martel is a Certified Team Leader for the Healthy For Life Program, developed by the world’s leading authority on nutritional medicine, Dr, Ray Strand. In her quest for teaching others about healthy lifestyles, she has also partnered up with award winning Usana Health Sciences for their highest quality, science-based health products. As well, she is a member of Team Live Well International; an organization dedicated to teaching people around the world how to enhance their health and wellness.
Christa Jean MacLellan is excited about creating a ‘new wealth’ revolution with young adults and female business owners. Her biggest motivator is that she is helping entrepreneurs stay entrepreneurs by coaching them to create an additional stream of income to support their business as it grows and for years to come. The reason she is so passionate is because this is what Usana has allowed her to do! Christa studied fashion design and management in Toronto, obtaining many internships in different facets to gain knowledge of which niche was right for her. She sure found it in 2005 when her company PetiteFashionista was born. She’s appeared on Entertainment Tonight, E! Entertainment, and has worked with celebrities such as Heroes star Hayden Panettiere and R&B songstress Keisha Chante. Her site is the everyday destination for petite women who love Christa’s tricks and tips on dressing their petite frame. But, before you have this fashionista all figured out, she has also worked in developing countries such as Mali, West Africa and she is currently planning to open a charity in West Africa for women and children to be educated, nurtured and celebrated. Christa is growing a team of young leaders in Canada to improve their health and wealth so that they can make all of their dreams come true – from building huts to buying manolos!
